We encourage you to forward a copy of the Offer and Acceptance to our office as soon as it is signed by Buyer and Seller.

This allows us ample time to search the title and be ready to close as soon as your loan is approved.

Once everything is ready to close and the loan on the property is approved, West Little Rock Title Company will contact you to schedule your appointment for closing.

State law requires that you provide "good funds" for the closing. This means that you will need to bring in a cashier's check (or wire transfer) for the bottom line figure amount required on your closing.

Make financial arrangements

Select Homeowner’s Insurance

Have home inspected

Other inspections as required

Arrange for a final walk-through inspection of the property

Know your closing costs

Have cashier’s check prepared for closing as required

Make sure recorded deed and title policy are sent to you after the closing.
