Congratulations, your property
has been sold! We know you are excited and have a lot on your
mind. To assist you we have prepared a list of a few of the items we
will need in order to process your file.
WEST LITTLE ROCK TITLE WILL NEED:
West Little Rock Title will handle all details in conjunction with your closing. We can also let you know the balance due you of your existing escrow account, if applicable. Be Prepared: The buyer may request a last-minute (walk-through) inspection of the premises prior to closing. West Little Rock Title will also have the buyer sign a form at closing which states that they are accepting the property in its current condition. A home warranty may also be purchased through West Little Rock Title. |

PREPARE AND PLAN FOR CLOSING
How will the closing be scheduled? West Little Rock Title Company will contact you once everything is ready to close. They will do their best to schedule your appointment at a convenient time for you (after hour closings can be arranged if necessary). We have prepared this list as an example as to the type of charges that will be deducted out of your proceeds. Consult with your Closing Agent for a detailed list of the charges and payments that will be due for your particular transaction. 
Pro-rated taxes for current year
Call West Little Rock Title to discuss special circumstances that may apply on VA or FHA LOANS. - Seller may have to pay some miscellaneous Lender’s costs. Make sure your contract is worded properly so you can avoid any hidden charges. |
