	Stacy Jones President/ Owner Stacy actively promotes internal advancement and in-house training at her company. She started out working for a law office getting in "the business" in 1984, While moving to Arkansas in 1987, At that time she went to work for a local title company, while working her way up to Vice President in nine years. Then in 1996 she went out on her own and opened WLRT with a two woman office (She and Jennie Bailey). the public responded well to her office and she's been going strong ever since. West Little Rock Title's current success is based on a loyal customer base and hard-working employees dedicated to providing excellent service, competitive rates and a "smooth closing." West Little Rock Title offers closings after hours which many customers prefer due to their hectic weekly schedules. Stacy keeps an eye at detail, does her best to provide her customer's service in their comfort zone and she always puts the customer first.

	Jennie Bailey Vice President Jennie Bailey began her career in 1966 as a file clerk at an abstract company in Florida. She moved to Little Rock in 1970 and continued learning the business. In 1984, Jennie was named Young Title Person of the Year. In 1991 She and Stacy met while working at a local title company. As their Office Supervisor, she coordinated closing deadlines and managed their title research department, with specific emphasis on title insurance and curative work. In 1996 she left to become involved in the opening of a new title company, WEST LITTLE ROCK TITLE. Jennie continues to excel at her work, going far beyond the call of duty. Jennie's expertise provides her customers with detailed, accurate information which enables real estate transactions to close on schedule. In 1997 she was name Vice President at WEST LITTLE ROCK TITLE. She is currently Vice President of the Arkansas Land Title Association, while also being heavily involved in their education committee. Jennie is married with two children and two granddaughters.

	Brook Nichols Escrow Officer/Manager Brook has worked for WLRT since 1997. She is a high energy person who loves to stay busy and gets things done. She has worked her way up from a "temp" that answered the phone to "Closing Coordinator" to "Escrow Officer" to "Escrow Officer/Manager" (of our branch office in Saline County) to being named "Young Title Person of the Year" in 2005 by the Arkansas Land Title Association, which was quite an honor. She currently closes loans at both our Little Rock office and our Saline County office, known as Woodson Lateral Road Title Company. Brook has a vast knowledge of all aspects of a title company and is a huge asset to our organization. She has a dedicated following of customers from several different counties that always send their business to her. She closes many loans after normal business hours, on the weekend or at the customer or realtor's office if requested.

	Beth Lakey Escrow Officer Beth will be celebrating her tenth year with WLRT in 2008. She has come a long way since being hired and although her career with WLRT began as a temporary receptionist, it didn't take us long to realize how valuable she was as an employee. She has worked her way up to being an "Escrow Officer" and also assists the owner with many special projects. Her main focus is on residential real estate closings. Beth has done so well because she is a motivated individual that excels at challenges. She has a wonderful can-do attitude and gets things done in a timely manner. She has a loyal customer base, including many builders, realtors and lenders. Loyalty, Intelligence, Determination, Grit and Integrity are a few of the qualities that best describe Beth Lakey. Beth is married to Chris Lakey. They have two sons, Wyatt their 5 year old, and a new-born baby named Wesley, who was born February 4, 2008. Beth has always done a good job of balancing her family life with her professional life.

	Jessie Garrett Escrow Officer Jessie has a way of handling even the most difficult situation with ease. In addition to becoming an Escrow officer at such a young age, she achieved this while in college. Jessie is a very detail oriented person that likes to learn as many things possible. She accumulates knowledge every day by asking questions and then retains that information for future use. Jessie worked in several different areas at WLRT before she found out how much she liked to work in "escrow." Jessie was promoted to Escrow Officer in 2005 and has brought in many new customers since that time. Jessie is a very thorough closer and is able to understand much more than most about the overall closing process due to her extensive background and intellect. Jessie takes pride in her work and has a constant concern for her customer's well-being.
